A French F3 champion who had only patchy success in F3000. With his 3 struggling F1 teams he only started one Grand Prix - at Monaco, where he ran ahead of Piquet! He has since become a familiar face in Japanese prototype and GT circles, and a trusted regular at Le Mans.
