Also, this season will be entirely based on our 1950 season performances (which means no more connections with real life)? And how will you evaluate new/up-coming drivers talent (which existed in real life)?
Alfa Romeo SpA entries for Monaco
- Giuseppe Farina (ITA)
- Juan Manuel Fangio (ARG)
- Stirling Moss (GBR)
- Paul Pietsch (GER)

Simple. Their "talent" will depend on their first results, which pretty much depends on luck. Michael Schumacher could turn out to be a no-name reject and Alex Yoong a multiple-time world champion![]()
As for engines, I don't think I will change engines for now. I may change the regulations at some point, but not for the time being.

Don't they get more odds to perform well in the first race if having a decent lower formula background, i.e., having been champion before in other series? I think this gives one more chance to perform than others...

Anyway, if I may to be allowed a little add-on, if André Pilette is available, he will run for the team at the Italian race

I might give a slight bonus, but not a huge amount, to show the difference in performance between the cars. I'm also thinking of adding a more random PA bonus/disadvantage to newer cars, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

ART sign Sanesi
Mr.Lilly and Amédee Gordini today announced the signing of their fourth driver, Italian Consalvo Sanesi, after his impressive podium at Monza. "We're delighted to complete our line-up for 1951. Tony continued to improve in his races for us, and we will never forget his 2nd place at Switzerland. Robert had a few issues last year with mechanical problems and crashes, but has still be impressive. Yves-Giraud impressed immediately and Consalvo has a lot of potential."
With ART ending the year strongly, the team are bringing an updated chassis and engine to the first race, hoping the performances from the previous year remain the same.

Paul Frère is to run every race but Indy (so the team can run in Monaco) and Belgium due to contractual reasons. André Pilette is to race for the team in Belgium.
