I don't think a council is necessary, and I agree that the AI in F1 2010 and 2011 is flawed to some extent, hence why I think maybe individual drivers should be assessed before being accepted? I know that the whole idea of the F3RWRS and F2RWRS was to remove instances like this with drivers coming over from 'F1' which was obviously a well-trodden storyline for much of the series' early history, because that's all we had to work with, and most of the drivers entering had already begun virtual careers in F1 like Melrose and Jones (one day his will be finished!

). I think my personal advice to RealRacingRoots is to definitely enter the RWRS at some level, but with a new character to McKane, which would make the whole situation a lot easier, though I can understand if you're not too willing to do something like this.
