I'm fairly certain Mr McClean has priority over everyone else for that seat on the basis that Simtek ran itself into the ground

Press wrote:DA SILVA TO APPEAL LENGTH OF PENALTY FOR MORENO INCIDENT: REPORT
According to driver Pablo da Silva, he has said that he will appeal the length of the penalty given to him at the Japanese GP after a collision with Daniel Moreno. According to his agent, he said that he deserved the penalty, but thinks the length is too long, but confusion reigns as da Silva's translator said (in reference to da Silva): "I am appealing to the penalty itself, I thought it was worth it for causing an avoidable collision. But I am appealing because of the length of the sentence of three races for me too. I think a race is good enough, the team simply can not afford to lose so much progress at the start of the season due to another driver. Not that I do not like other drivers, is that the installation must be fitted with a driver, and when I have to come after the suspension, the team must find my setup again and it gets confusing. In addition, I would start at the same time as everyone else."
Reports are saying that the translator has been given a pay cut. Other sources say that da Silva's translators translates sentences from Portuguese to Spanish to English, causing lots of translation errors.

James Davies wrote:That's ridiculous. Pablo, if you didn't want the penalty, you shouldn't have driven like such a douche. Simple as. As for losing progress at the start of next year, that's bullshite. There's nothing preventing the team from just writing your setup down somewhere. Hell, they might find that another driver might help, rather than hurt.
I suggest the FIA just ignore him - he's probably jealous that I'm in McLaren, kicking ass and winning races and he's stuck in Sauber.

Luca de Montmelo has given up his seatholder position at Ferrari, joining the exodus of Ferrari staff this year. It is unknown who will takeover the spot although Kazuhiko Takagi and Christopher Monaldo have been mentioned as possible replacements. Montmelo will join Padraig O'Connell and the team's chief designer, John Barnard, in the mass exit from Ferrari.

He nearly won the 2015 Bathurst 24 Hours with Dehli Belly (and the mechanical problem was not his fault!). And the story of his journey to the NASCAR title has not been completed yet...

So what? The only reason you have a drive in the only series that matters (the F1RWRS) is because you own the bloody team. Nobody in their right mind would sign an eternal journeyman like you

As for the calendar, I could go for an oval. While some might balk at never turning right, it'll require a new skillset, and thus demand more from us drivers. If any of you have any better ideas for conquering America, I'm all ears.

Because Ligier promised Valsattis contractual number one status in every race he's starting. Douglas Mann does not need to worry though, he's the most (over)paid driver in the whole championship.
Ambitions: to be first, second and third in the drivers championship!
