Nope, it isn't too late, at the moment I'm still welcoming new entries, especially when they come from a compatriot (and from the same city as well!). I'll probably have to start limiting the entries soon, though...
Now that I'm posting, I might as well reveal this:

The Aston "historic" layout, which is to be used in this year's feature race. Last year's "Grand Prix" layout shown in gray.RoLFS spokesman Jarno Toivonen recently revealed two changes that are to take place in the 2015 season of Rejects of LFS. The first one is the change of layout on the Aston track, after renovation work on some of the track's older parts was finished in November. "We have now confirmed with the Aston GP organizers that the parts of the circuit which were under renovation now satisy the safety requirements of the series. These parts were from the original track as it was built in the 1960s, but they hadn't been renovated since the early 1980s and were quite narrow and decaying fast. However, the organizers did some miracles and succesfully managed to widen and repair the old parts so that they are now as good and safe as any other part of the circuit "
"The new-old layout replaces the tight-bended stadium section with a fast uphill chicane, which will no doubt make the races more interesting. Also, the curve at the end of the following straight is now faster, allowing for higher top speeds. These changes make the laptimes faster by both shortening the circuit by 700 meters, as well as making these sections faster than previously."
"Another new feature we're going to introduce is a rewarding system for teams that fail to qualify. While none of the circuits on the calendar are certified to run more than 20 cars at once, we've had a large influx of new entries for this season, which means that some cars are now forced to miss the race. The ones who will be this unlucky shall be decided simply by qualifying times. However, in the case of some team constantly struggling to qualify, we want to give them an equal chance to others, which has led us to introducing money bonuses to give the less-successful teams a bigger developmental budget. This should hopefully lessen the chances of the forming of "perennial backmarkers". The exact sums are confidential, however, and are only revealed to the teams.
Long story short: the teams will be given a slight credit bonus based on how far they were from the grid. The closer you are, the smaller the bonus. With the current number of confirmed entries (27), the system would be 5-6-7-8-9-10-11. This will be expanded if De Friis confirms their entry (and how many cars they enter).
And here it is in-game. FYI the Samsung logos on the rear wing were flipped, but I fixed them for this image.

And here's the Winton livery in-game:
