Well, Martin McFry is being entered by Foxdale in the final race of 2014, and the second seat at Foxdale is dependant upon his performance there. But it is likely to be between him and Pippa Mann, unless anybody else is interested?

The livery in this thread is the old Team Phoenix one, with Red Bull. If you can make Aeroracing's, with:
-A metallic orange and custard yellow paintjob,
-Metallic orange rims,
-Repsol logos on the sidepods and rear wing front plate,
-Camel logos on the front wing plates and engine cover,
-Dark Dog logos on the bargeboards, nosecone and rear wing back plate,
I'd be very pleased

Scuderia Alitaia driver David Koczo is in the preliminary stages of setting up his own F1RWRS team, Tuttosport can exclusively reveal.

The Hungarian driver is one of the most experienced on the grid, and with Scuderia Alitalia having a disapponting season 2015 season, he may decided to leave if things do not improve in 2016.

The only stumbling block however is his Scuderia Alitalia contract, which is rumoured to run until the end of 2016. With the Italian giants having built their team around him so far, they would likely be unwilling to just let him go without a fight.

We contacted both Koczo and Alitalia team principal Andrea Sassetti about the rumours, but only the latter would respond. "David? He isn't going to anywhere, it's just a sensationalist rumour. He signed a multi-year contract with us this year because he agreed with our long-term vision for the team. He wouldn't have done that if in his mind he wanted more to start his own team. The rumour is just illogical more than anything."

Firstly, I apologise for not being on-hand to talk to the press recently, I have been extremely busy in my spare time preparing for 2015. These rumours of me setting up my own team, while nice to read, are false, for 2015 anyway. True, this year has not been brilliant, but next year, with the right team mate, I feel we can start more races.The car is good, but it is the incompetent fool...sorry, Older Jr, that has prevented me from starting more races.

I really wish all of my characters were less boring but I can't come up with any ideas.

It's not something to worry about too much, things like that happen organically, and nothing would have come of it if the events in the races themselves hadn't transpired to create the perfect opportunity for a sh*tstorm!

What I would say is it's important to have drivers who have maintained a presence for a while, by that I mean those that have a done a good few races and been around for at least two seasons, because then everyone will know who they are, what they are like, etc. If you look at all the drivers involved in that particular story, they're all still racing now, and had debuted in either 2011 or were original to the series in the 2010 season.

EXCLUSIVE: Jones signs deal with Ford for F1RWRS

Sammy Jones' plans for the upcoming 2015 season took a fresh twist today when the announcement came that his team, Castrol Jones Racing, would be the official Ford works team for the next three seasons. Jones has been using customer Ford engines in his F1RWRS cars for the past two seasons, and whilst Ford has supplied seven of the twenty teams on the grid for 2014, the same number as the previous season, they have never had an official works team in the series. All this is set to change though, with Ford keen to re-establish itself in British and European markets having lost out to competitors such as Toyota, BMW and the VW Group. With the increased exposure from this deal, Ford Europe's CEO Hank Fredericks believes that,

"Ford can re-affirm its technical and engineering expertise in what is a highly competitive environment. Using motorsport as a way of advertising our strengths as a car manufacturer has long been recognised as being highly beneficial, and our deal with the Castrol Jones Racing team will give us the perfect platform to showcase to the world, just exactly how good Ford products are."

Fredericks was keen however to emphasise that the deal has no impact on its capacity to supply other teams, stating,

"We are happy to supply as many teams as possible. Ford engines have been proven in the F1RWRS as race winners, not only this year with Castrol Jones Racing, but in the past as well. As long as teams keep coming to us asking for engines, we'll keep on supplying them. The deal with Jones will not affect our output in anyway whatsoever, nor will it result in a deterioration in our customer products."

With the turbo ban in the F1RWRS coming into effect for the 2015 season, Ford's normally aspirated engines are set to become highly sought after, seemingly leaving Jones, and other Ford teams, in an excellent position. When asked about the deal with Ford and what it means for his team, Jones had this to say to Autosport,

"The Ford deal has been a long time in the making. We've had an excellent relationship with them since entering into a partnership in 2013, and straight away we saw the potential when we won our first race together. Since then things have gone from strength to strength, and whilst with our normally-aspirated engines we have been no match for the turbo-powered cars, we know that things were always going to come back to us when the turbo ban was announced. I have every confidence that this works deal with Ford will provide Castrol Jones Racing with the resources it needs to mount a serious and concerted title challenge for the 2015 season, and I look forward to a long future of working with Ford to maximise our success together on track."

Cameron In Doubt?

Gary Cameron may be ousted as boss of Pemberton Prospec Racing. Multiple leading staff have reported their unhappiness with the owner, claiming that Cameron is weak-willed and is likely to become a pushover for his new driver Kay Lon who, while talented, is known for an egocentric approach to his career. This assumption is supported by Prospec making a short-term withdrawal from moving to tyre manufacturer Bridgestone after Lon informed the team of his weakness with those tyres. Cameron himself was unavailable for comment yet.

What Is Going On Between Mann and Lei?

On the eve of pre-qualifying to the Chinese Grand Prix, Du Lei and Douglas Mann were seen having a meal in a luxury restaurant in Pudong. Noticeable was Lei being surprisingly happy and out-going, a personality she otherwise only shows when close to Kay Lon. Has the five-time F1RWRS pole-sitter found new happiness or are they just being friends? While we don't have any word yet, we are going to throw an eye on this situation. Branching Out: Artawheel Looking For F1RWRS Contracts

According to a corporate statement, the Artawheel Tire Industrial Complex is looking to enter either F1RWRS with one of its brands, Goldstone or Yazd. The company, known for - amongst other things - developing tyres for various Peugeot models, has said that they are currently doing testing in Bahrain with an old AT-03 driven by Simon Redman (OT: I bloody changed that five times now), planning on entering contracts with three teams for 2016 and onwards. Not entering in 2015 allows the company to bypass the strict tire testing regulations and make up ground to other companies.

Doctors Confirm: Von Gottorp Died Of Natural Causes

The second F1RWRS race in our beautiful town was disturbed by the news of German racing figure Leonhard Von Gottorp passing away before race day. In an interview, relevant pathologist Zheng Liu told the media that his examination confirmed the assumption that Von Gottorp passed away due to natural causes and that his death must most likely have been quite peaceful. Meanwhile, the Shanghai city gouvernment has chosen to name Turns 1 and 7 respectively Gottorp Bend and McFaste Bend, therefore giving the first corner names to the track.
